Confirmation (online) order
Once the order is placed, you will immediately receive an email confirmation (to the email address listed in the order). In it are the links of the documents you purchased that you can click to download. Put these documents on your own computer right away. If you did not receive this confirmation in your mailbox, please check your Advertising or Spam box.

Shipping
Of course, we can imagine that you are greatly looking forward to your order. We do our best to deliver orders to you as quickly as possible. We will ship your order within three business days. During the holidays, delivery may possibly take a little longer than normal.

You will always receive a track & trace code from Post NL. This code will be sent to the e-mail address you used to place the order. With this code, you can track the delivery of your order on PostNL’s website.

Shipping abroad
Shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium and some countries are set in the webshop. These costs will be settled upon settlement.
The products to foreign countries are always sent via parcel post. Delivery of these is approximately 2-5 business days.

If your country is not listed, shipping is by arrangement.
You can always email us at monique@allimone.nl or send us a message through the contact form, so we can calculate what the shipping costs will be for you.

Letterbox size
If your mailbox is too small, the order may not be delivered. For example, if you live in an “old” house, it is possible that the size of your mailbox is narrower than 26.5 cm. Then choose another delivery address from, for example, Primera or other suggestion from Post NL in your area.
We are not responsible for non-delivery or additional costs associated with too small a mailbox.

Incorrect address
Orders will be shipped to the exact same address as specified on your order. We are not responsible for entering incorrect address information when ordering.

Payment
The prices listed for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Allimone works with payments via Ideal for the Dutch market. And for the international market you can pay with credit card.
Belgian customers can pay with Bancontact.
The payment provider Buckaroo facilitates these transactions in the web shop.

Different method of payment
If you prefer not to pay through the web shop, you can place an order and send it by e-mail to monique@allimone.nl.
You will then receive instructions on how to proceed with the order.

Returns

We make every effort to be clear about our products and put service first. Does an ordered product not meet your expectations? Shame! Then you can return the product within 14 calendar days, after receiving the product. Except the eCalendar, eGuides and other digital products, these cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
* Before returning the product to us, please send an email (indicating the order number) that you want to return the product. That way we know something will be returned.
* The product must be returned immediately -no later than 14 days after notification. Pack the product in its original packaging when you return it.
* The product is unopened, undamaged and unused.

Products returned without prior notification by e-mail, or where the 14-day return period has expired will not be processed.

Exchanges or returns via mail
Package the product in question, undamaged and unused, and return it to the address below. Return costs are at your own expense. We are not responsible for lost returns. We therefore advise you to return the product with track & trace code so that the package can always be traced.
Please note that you must return everything even if you received a promotion or free gift with your order. In its absence, it will be offset against the return payment.

Is the packaging or product damaged on arrival?
Occasionally an order may arrive damaged. If you can already see damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the package and ask the delivery person to report it immediately.
If you have accepted the package and find out later that the product is damaged or a card is missing from the Fruit Oracle, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours, contactus and take pictures of the damaged product.
In case of a missing card then of course it will be sent as soon as possible.
We will then discuss together how to resolve this as soon as possible.

Refund
The order amount of a return will be refunded to your account as soon as the product is received in good condition and with return notification by e-mail in advance. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
